Bassetlaw
Partnership for Health takes a lead in developing Health and
Social Care Services in Bassetlaw and the strategic direction of
the Health Improvement Modernisation Plan.
An annual event,
attended by the Community, Voluntary and Statutory Sector, gives
the opportunity for partners to raise issues and highlight key
areas for development.
The event aims to:
-
Offer an opportunity for the Bassetlaw
Partnership for Health to check out how we are doing and
increase accountability by gathering views and endorsements
of our work
-
Share information on new developments at an
organisational, strategic and operational level
-
Link people with new developments and
increase participation in partnership working and project
development
